3. Account
You may use the app as a guest (local storage) or with a free account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Registration is permitted for users aged 16 and over.
4. Premium subscription
Premium costs €4.99 per month (or €44 per year) and may start with a 7-day free trial. The subscription renews automatically for the chosen term unless cancelled before the end of the term. Payment is handled via Stripe. You can cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital services, the right of withdrawal expires if performance begins with your express consent before the end of the withdrawal period and you confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. An informal message to info@menja-fresh.com is sufficient to withdraw.
6. Affiliate / partner links
The app may contain links to grocery delivery services and supermarkets. Any purchase is made solely with the respective partner under their terms. We may receive a commission for referred purchases; this involves no extra cost for you.

8. Important note on recipes, nutrition & allergies
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
10. Changes
We may amend these terms with effect for the future. We will inform users of material changes in an appropriate manner.
11. Governing law & dispute resolution
