General terms for using Menja Fresh. Last updated: September 2026.

1. Provider & scope

The provider is Judith Nigge, Riera Coma Fosca 20, 08328 Alella, Barcelona, Spain ("we"). These terms apply to the use of the website and app at menja-fresh.com.

2. Service

Menja Fresh is a weekly meal planner: meal suggestions, recipes, an automatic shopping list and optional extra features. All features are currently free. There is no claim to any particular availability or scope of functions.

3. Account

You may use the app as a guest (local storage) or with a free account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Registration is permitted for users aged 16 and over.

4. Cost

Menja Fresh is currently entirely free to use; there is no paid offer and nothing to buy in the app. Should a paid offer be added later, we will describe it here first – with its price, term, cancellation and your right of withdrawal.

5. Affiliate / partner links

The app may contain links to grocery delivery services and supermarkets. Any purchase is made solely with the respective partner under their terms. We may receive a commission for referred purchases; this involves no extra cost for you.

6. User obligations

You agree not to misuse the app, not to infringe third-party rights and not to circumvent any security measures.

7. Important note on recipes, nutrition & allergies

⚠️ Recipes, quantities and nutrition figures are guidance values without warranty and do not replace medical or nutritional advice. If you have allergies, intolerances or special dietary needs, always check all ingredients and product information yourself.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

9. Changes

We may amend these terms with effect for the future. We will inform users of material changes in an appropriate manner.

10. Governing law & dispute resolution

Spanish law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
